Nolan Gosso

Strength & Performance Coach

I have a bachelor’s degree in communication from University of North Dakota and trained at the National Training Institute in Florida. I work as a performance enhancement specialist, certified Personal trainer, and currently serve as the Group Training Coordinator for Lifetime Fitness.

I fell in love with weight training when I was 15 years old as an athlete in High School. I later went on to play Division One baseball where I learned the important role that strength and conditioning play in athletic performance and injury prevention. While enrolled at The National Personal Training Institute in Orlando, Florida in 2005, I realized personal training was exactly what I wanted to do with my life. I want to show people that weight training and exercise is a key component to living a healthy lifestyle. It’s not a choice, it’s a necessity!

A few personal facts: When not training you can find me spending time on the softball fields, with friends and family, fishing, watching football (Skol Vikings), and enjoying a little Fireball. I have many favorite comfort foods but an example would be a classical home cooked Rueben.
