Throughout her career she has worked at Fortune 100 companies such as Salesforce, SAP, Target & Best Buy. Currently Tara leads a strategic team at Salesforce with their data visualization product called Tableau. Tara’s leadership philosophy extends beyond traditional corporate boundaries. As an executive coach, she develops programs focused on Psychological Safety, Building Trust in Teams, and Conscious Communication. Her approach fosters inclusivity by embracing the whole person – body, mind, heart, and soul – in the corporate world. Incorporating her love for well being, Tara teaches at Life Time fitness.
