Escape to beautiful Northern Minnesota for a full immersion keto experience. Here you will find yourself surrounded by nature and water, and in a warm, comfortable learning environment. Join us for a 4-day ketogenic retreat lead by a team of keto experts: The Point Retreats, along with Nutritional Therapy Practitioners Katie Newman and Kristin Rowell, as well as award winning Dr. Jeremiah Eisenschenk. We invite you to share in a fun-filled, relaxing, and restorative weekend that is designed to leave you feeling empowered to care for your health and longevity.

We believe the future of health care requires each of us to take personal responsibility for our own circumstances rather than relying on a magic pill or quick fix. We will be taking a holistic approach, and addressing the mind, body and spirit connection.

While around the fireplace, we will cover topics on how and why to keto; the science; common pitfalls and road blocks; long-term maintenance; keto on-the-go; traveling; restaurants and social gatherings; bio and blood markers such as cholesterol; breaking bad habits and creating new ones; establishing routines; all about fasting; cooking demos; time in the kitchen; learning quick and easy recipes your whole family will enjoy; the benefits of continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) with optional CGM insertion; group workouts for all levels including cardio, strength, and Pilates; and other beneficial lifestyle habits to help you achieve your goals.

You will also have free time where you can: enjoy access to saunas, have opportunity to try hot/cold therapies, apply facials, get a massage, and more. Each attendee will receive a keto manual including all recipes served during retreat, an in-home workout routine, a loaded swag-bag, and be given a chance to win additional keto prizes like CGMs, keto monitors and much more! You will leave feeling refreshed and motivated with all the resources you need to continue on your health journey. You will also gain strong connections to a new group of like minded individuals to keep you accountable and on track.
